Yep, thats a conversion. Real Type-R's dont have sunroofs. It does look nice though, as long as it was done right.

LOL, you may laugh be this happens at LEAST once a week to me. Once I get the cold air intake I am a little worried I will end up with a rear-engine car from all the forces of acceleration.

He's talking about driving a JDM imported car in the US, not just it being RHD. If it was actually a car from japan built for the japan market and it wasn't federalized to US spec, it wouldn't be legal for road use.

It's my car and yes it's legal conversion. All USdm vins I have all details and pics of the conversion being done. No tricking and I'm in Arlington va just come look 85053328zerosix
